One of the first days we were here some girls who had been in seville for a few months Gave us a little tour.

First Day!!

I'm in spain!! I'm really suprised that everything went smoothly. Aparently I look like i speak spanish fluently becasue people come up to me and ramble on in spanish and then speak to tyser in english even after they have seen my US passport. The hotel we stayed in was nice but i'm having trouble eatign the food here. they eat ALOT of fish. I've been pushing my food around my plate alot. The yogurt is normal though and the potatoes were good.

I'm staying with a Host family for six weeks. My host mom is really sweet and doesnt speak a single word of english. She's really adorable. She has one daughter who has two children. They dont live here, but they come over at night for dinner. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from the school. We start classes tomorrow morning.
